  • Join us for an enchanting performance by Yini Sun, an accomplished erhu musician and audiologist at the University of Chicago Medicine. The erhu, a traditional Chinese two-stringed instrument, is celebrated for its soulful, expressive sound that resonates across cultures.

  • Yini began playing at the age of seven and has since performed with the University of Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Jade Chinese Music Ensemble, and even opened an NBA game at the United Center.

  • This special event is made possible through the collaboration of The World Music Foundation and the Chinese Fine Arts Society, offering audiences a rare opportunity to experience the beauty and emotional depth of Chinese music.
