Día De Los Muertos Event

Join us for a Día de los Muertos celebration at The World Music Foundation’s Listening Room on October 31 from 6–8 PM!

There will be live music by the talented Jánne Moreno, a singer-songwriter originally from Torreón, Mexico. Jánne will share a lively mix of cumbia, jazz, bolero, ranchera, balada, and more.

Along with the music, enjoy pan dulce, play lotería, and come dressed for our Catrina/Catrín costume contest, with prizes for the winners. Guests will also be invited to add a remembrance note to our ofrenda in honor of someone they hold dear.

Día de los Muertos is a time to remember loved ones who have died while celebrating the lives they lived. Come with friends, meet your neighbors, and join us for an evening that makes space for both joy and reflection.
